Ingredients: cooking oil, ginger, garlic, red chili pepper, red bell pepper, red lentils, lemon grass, lime leaves, vegetable stock & coconut milk
Chop and sauté vegetables & spices
Add rinsed lentils, vegetable stock & coconut milk
Let simmer until al dente
Dilute with vegetable stock to desired consistency
